Langston Nursing Home is a small private Nursing Home for 36 residents based in Kingham, Chipping Norton. We are a lovely home to work for and we are fully committed not only to our residents but also to our staff.
You must be able flexible to work nights as well as days and every other weekend.
The key objective of this role is to ensure that the physical, emotional and psychological needs of the residents are met.
You will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting care staff, health and safety, care planning, supporting service users with personal care, communicating with families, liaising with professionals, medication and record keeping.
At least 1 years experience at Senior Carer level and have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Rate of pay: 12.58 + enhancements
Pay enhancement will apply on nights, weekends and bank holidays.
