The role of a Senior Care Assistant at Akari Care is to provide exceptional care and support to residents in a warm and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, observing and reviewing care plans, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value-driven way. Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents.
