About us

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience as a senior care assistant.
The candidate must have NVQ Level 2 or above and be willing to work up to a level 3 if necessary.
The candidate must have good knowledge of writing person centred care plans.
Be competent in all areas of medication handling, ordering and the administration of medication.
Have good people skills and be able to speak confidently to any professionals .
Work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative.
Be able to competently run each shift, manage the staff and cope well under pressure.
Have good knowledge of Safeguarding, Deprivation of liberty, and the health and safety at work act to name but a few.
Pay will be based on experience, and I am willing to increase the hourly rate with this in mind.
Candidates must live within the UK, and be able to attend a face to face interview
