Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader (Days)

Permanent 26 hours / 2 x 13hr shifts per week - 19,044 per annum
or

39 hours / 3 x 13hr shifts per week - 28,566 per annum
As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the daily running of the home. You'll support the management team, mentor and lead care staff, and help ensure each resident receives personalised, high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting day-to-day operations Supervising and mentoring care staff Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Acting as the key point of contact for staff, residents, and families Managing resources and staff scheduling Upholding care home standards and policies Taking on the responsible person role in the absence of the management team

What We're Looking For

QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years' experience working with older people in a residential or community setting
