must

have:

At least 3 years' experience

in a care environment, with at least 1 year in a Senior/Team Leader position. A

minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care

(or equivalent).

This privately owned development is meticulously crafted to cater to the comfort and wellbeing of our residents. With 45 beds, many featuring wet rooms or en-suite facilities, and showcasing sweeping hills of the countryside, our residence offers a tranquil escape. Featuring multiple lounges, dining areas, and abundant spaces for relaxation and socialisation, Stoneswood exudes a warm and homely atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the care team during your shift, ensuring quality care. Manage medication administration and coordinate handovers. Delegate tasks and provide support to the team. Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
