Pentlands is our award winning Nursing Home in Worthing
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be involved in supporting Care Assistants on shift to ensure the highest delivery of care is being given and supporting your team. You will be supporting with personal care duties and ensuring all checks have been completed alongside dispensing medication.
Hourly Rates:
Weekdays 13.26 - Weekends 14.59Hours:
36hrs - 8am - 8pm - Friday, Saturday and SundayAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will be:
Responsible for the allocation of carers Dispensing medication Be a support to new members of staff Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents. Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary; Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More about you:
You will have a NVQ level 3 in Health and social care, or be working towards Kind and caring with a positive approach; Energetic and hard-working; Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference; Team player
