Senior Carer

About the Role:

As a

Senior Carer

, you'll lead by example, supporting both residents and care colleagues. Your duties will include:

Leading the care team and supporting junior staff Administering and recording medications Providing personal care with compassion and dignity Assisting with meals and daily living tasks

Role Details:

Contract:

Full-time, permanent

Hours:

36 hours per week (12 hours as Senior Carer, 24 hours as Day Carer)

Shifts:

Flexibility required across 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, and 8am-8pm

Weekends:

Alternate weekend working expected
