Senior Care Assistant - Days

Salary: 15.00 per hour, plus a 500 welcome bonus!

Day shifts: 7:00am - 8:15pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join Lincoln House Care Home. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, supporting their wellbeing and quality of life every day.

If you don't already hold an NVQ, we offer the chance to gain a Diploma Level 3 qualification, supporting your long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding care. Carry out thorough handovers to keep everyone informed. Create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for residents. Review and update care plans to reflect residents' needs and wishes. Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support. Ensure staffing levels are maintained and plan ahead for future needs.
