Senior Care Assistant
to join our team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to residents in our nursing home.Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility. Supervise and mentor junior care staff, providing guidance and support. Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided. Ensure residents' wellbeing and safety at all times. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing home or care setting.
NVQ Level 3
in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.Benefits:
