Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Assist with care planning, record-keeping, and medication administration (where applicable).
Supervise and support junior care staff, leading by example.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Promote a safe, caring, and homely environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a nursing home setting.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
