Salary:

16.40 per hour

Full-time, 36 hours per week (Day shifts)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Senior Care Assistant

to join our care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting both residents and junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on, person-centred care to residents. Lead and supervise care assistants to ensure the highest standards of care. Support with care planning, risk assessments, and documentation. Assist with administering medication in line with policies and procedures. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care

- essential. Minimum

1 year of nursing home experience

. Strong leadership and communication skills. Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 16.72 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
