NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience working in a nursing home Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality care
Role Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents Support and mentor junior care staff in their daily duties Assist residents with daily living activities including washing, dressing, and feeding Ensure residents' wellbeing, dignity, and independence Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 16.40 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
