Summary

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Norwood House in Great Britain. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily living activities of residents, ensuring their dignity and independence Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance as needed Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Uphold the highest standards of health and safety within the home.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior care role or similar position Strong understanding of care home operations and senior care best practices Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Leadership qualities with supervisory experience preferred Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing resident quality of life Relevant certifications in health or social care are advantageous IT skills are a plus but not essential.
