Fernside Hall is a dedicated residential home specializing in dementia care. Our 24-bedded facility provides a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

We are seeking compassionate and experienced

Senior Care Assistants

to join their family!

What You'll be Doing

Delivering personal care and assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Supporting residents with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Administering medication and monitoring residents' health conditions. Assisting with mobility and physical exercises tailored to residents' needs. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 + years' experience in dementia care as a Senior Care Assistant . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be Medication Administration trained Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
