Job Description

1. Provide personal care, administer medical, social and health care in an outstanding manor. 2. Promote independence where appropriate and support end of life service users towards achieving a good death.

3. Helping service users maintain dignity, by respecting individual choices and caring in a manner individually pertinent to them. 4. Be supportive towards colleagues and handle compliments and complaints in a professional manor and in accordance with company procedure.

5. Promote effective and confidential communication relating to service users whilst ensuring accurate and timely recording and documenting of relevant information. 6. Raise any concerns relating to practice or workload to line manager or registered manager.

7. Ensure effective communication with service users, relatives and visitors.
