Hourly rate will be depending on experience and education
Responsibilities Include
:Supporting residents with personal care Administration medications Leading a team to ensure best practice is maintained Engaging with residents during activities Maintaining of Care Plans and Risk Assessments Assisting with mealtimes and monitoring food and fluid intake and output Keeping clear and accurate daily records Promoting health and safety in and around the care home Have a caring and pro-active attitude to support residents
Requirements:
Experience within the care sector Experiences in medication administration To think on your feet, communicate effectively and take on responsibility Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Caring and patient manner, reliable with good time-keeping skills Available to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays Relevant qualifications such as NVQ in Health & Social Care 2 is desirable
