Senior Care Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated NVQ Level 3 qualified Senior Care Assistant to work in supporting our team of Care Assistants in delivering a high standard of care to our residential clients at our small and friendly care home based in the pretty village of Kirton.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of person-centered care. You'll support with daily living tasks, medication administration, and lead by example for other care staff on shift.
Your main duties will include:
Supervising and supporting care assistants to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Administering medication safely and accurately in line with company policies.
Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines.
Maintaining accurate records and care documentation.
Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times.
We take pride in ensuring all our clients are regularly assessed in order to deliver the high quality of care they require.
Our shift patterns are 7am till 7:15pm and 7pm till 7:15am. This position is for one night on our week one rota, and two nights on our week two rota. There is opportunity to cover for holidays, and training days.
Training where necessary is provided and fully supported.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
