We are looking for a senior care assistant to join our team and provide assistance to vulnerable individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and emotional support to individuals and assisting them in managing their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to liase with medical professionals and have great leadership skills to lead a team of care staff. Be patient and understanding, and have a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Provide emotional and practical support to individuals
Assist individuals with daily living activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and their families.
Be able to communicate effectively with individuals and their families.
Be able to effectively manage a team of care staff in the absence of the manager
Understand and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records following GDPR
Be able to confidently administer Medications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.64-15.57 per hour
