Offering 38.5hrs per week, shifts between 7am - 7pm, including alternate weekends.
What You Need:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this
Strong communication skills and empathy.
Ability to effectively supervise a team.
Passion for enhancing the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless handovers at the start and end of each shift to maintain continuity and knowledge of care.
Foster a nurturing environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of the residents.
Manage staffing levels and plan for future staffing needs.
Regularly review and update care plans to reflect residents' needs and wishes.
Assist residents with daily personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing (may involve using hoists).
Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Contribute to the efficient running of the home and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
