The first 13 weeks (probationary period) you will be out in the community delivering care and getting to know the service users and carers which will put you in good stead to become an effective Senior Carer. This will be at the carers rate.

Client Assessments Spot Checks Preparing careplans and risk assessments Delivering high quality of care Supervising and managing carers Liaising with families and commissioners Managing the out of hours on call phone Companionship Care/Social Visits Support to access community

Full time hours (possible part - time), 7am to 2pm & 3pm to 10pm, 5 days/week with alternate weekends.

We cover the Charnwood Area of Leicestershire which include Loughborough, Shepshed, Sileby, Barrow, Rothley and Mountsorrel and surrounding villages.
