Job Overview We are seeking a proven and dedicated Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care for our 14 elderly residents in our small care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion in supporting our residents with their later-life health challenges and ensuring their well-being.

Duties - Develop and implement individual care plans for residents - Supervise and support care staff in daily activities - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals - Provide leadership and guidance to junior care assistants - Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding - Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications - Previous experience in a senior care role is essential - NVQ level 3 or above in Health Care is desirable - Strong communication skills - Leadership qualities to lead a team effectively - Familiarity with care home environments - Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.25 per hour
