Due to recent changes within the home, we are now recruiting for a Night Senior Care Assistants to join our established and existing team at Brook Lodge, Basildon

About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll take the lead in guiding and supporting a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that exceptional standards of care are maintained throughout your shift. This is a hands-on, people-first role with responsibilities that include:

Overseeing the smooth running of your allocated floor Administering and managing medication Reviewing and updating residents' care plans Mentoring and supporting less experienced staff Conducting staff supervisions and return-to-work discussions
You will be the senior team member on duty, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care at all times.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for passionate, caring individuals who are proud of their role in helping others. You should have:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

(or working towards it) A minimum of

1 years' experience in a supervisory role

(preferred) At least

1 years' experience in providing care

(preferred) A desire to lead by example and make a real difference Commitment to ongoing personal development
