We're currently seeking a

Senior Night Carer

to lead our night team and ensure residents feel safe, supported, and respected.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise the night care team Deliver person-centred care and support with personal needs Administer medication according to care plans Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond promptly to needs Keep accurate care records Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards Mentor and support junior staff Communicate with the day team to ensure smooth handovers

What We're Looking For

Experience in a care setting (preferably senior/night role) Confident team leader with strong communication skills Calm, compassionate, and reliable Organised and able to work independently at night Working toward or holding a Health & Social Care qualification Committed to high standards and accurate documentation
