Senior Care Assistant (nights)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support night care staff on shift Deliver person-centred care in line with care plans Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and comfort Administer or support with medication as required Respond promptly to emergencies and night-time needs Maintain accurate records and handovers Ensure the home is safe, secure, and calm overnight
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Previous senior care experience in a care home Good leadership and communication skills Caring, reliable, and able to work independently at night
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.68 per hour
