Senior Care Assistant (nights)
Job Description
Rosewood HR Services Ltd is a family run business with care homes owned throughout the North East.
The successful candidate will work 8 pm - 8 am nights shifts 4 days one week and 3 days the following week:
Requirements
NVQ 2/3
Support and maintain a culture of performance & excellence
Maintain & Support residents rights
Access residents health and contact medical services appropriately
Keep documentation including personal risk assessments and care plans evaluated
Be fully aware of Safeguarding of vulnerable adults policy & procedure
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of The Home.
Be involved in the implementation and maintenance of the Home's quality assurance programs.
To provide leadership to the care functions of the Home
Full Knowledge of the dispensing of medication
