equired for our new luxury care home 'The Moat House' located in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex, Part of the Country Court Family.

Hours: Night 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 19:45 - 08:00)

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE

Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents. Supporting residents at meals time Mentor & assist new employees. Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs. Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.

ABOUT YOU

Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents. Having those care values is vital to share a happy home, so we would love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to people's lives.

Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team. Be no stranger to working night shifts Have a friendly & caring attitude. Able to engage well with the residents and their families Have an understanding of people with Dementia NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this. Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
