Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, involvement in the care planning process, supporting residents with medication, and undertaking staff supervisions.
