Job Title: Senior Carer

Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate Senior Carers to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Supervise and monitor residents' health and well-being
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating care activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is essential
- Ability to work in a care home environment with empathy and patience
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining electronic care records
- Competence in developing and implementing personalised care plans
- Experience in supervising and supporting care staff
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and their families
- Strong leadership qualities to guide care provision effectively
