We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in a supportive and respectful environment. Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patient conditions, noting any changes or concerns for appropriate action Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, vital signs, and progress notes Follow established care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures

Skills

Proven experience in senior or long-term care environments; group home or assisted living experience is preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate caregiving approach with patience, empathy, and respect for resident dignity Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
