Rose Lawn, is a Keychange care home in Sidmouth, dedicated to providing personalized care and support for the elderly in a comfortable setting.

The Role

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will:

Oversee and assist with residents' personal care (toileting, bathing, dressing) during night hours. Administer medications and ensure proper documentation. Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, responding to needs and incidents promptly. Support residents with mobility, ensuring safety during night-time transfers. Maintain a calm, reassuring presence for residents during the night

About You

Friendly, compassionate, and empathetic Positive, can-do attitude with great communication skills Previous care experience within a similar setting Pervious Senior Care experience NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 3 and driven to succeed Passionate about providing high-quality care and companionship
