Senior Care Assistant (nights)
Job Description
we currently have an opportunity for a fulltime senior care assistant to join our small team
as a senior you will be expected to help manage all resident's medication inc ordereing and administering and take responsibility of day to day running of the home, inc devising and updating care plans risk assessments, working closely with the manager and the deputy manager, speaking to health care professional's when needed.
you will lead the staff to look after our residents and promote person centred care, tasks inc assisting residents with all aspects of daily living,
- Assisting the delivery of quality personal care to our residents
-providing emotional support to individuals and their families
- completing mandatory training and designated training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week

Experience:
supervisory: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (required)
