Kensington is looking Senior Carer's, Day and Night Full Time and Part Time Available

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise care staff to deliver outstanding care in accordance with company policies and procedures
Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and medication management
Develop, review, and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any incidents or concerns
Support residents' emotional well-being through empathetic communication and companionship
Organise activities that promote social engagement and mental stimulation
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
Drive the organisation's values by demonstrating leadership and fostering a positive environment
Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a senior care or care home environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Competent IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation
Knowledge of senior care practices, safeguarding procedures, and relevant legislation is essential
Working Alternative weekends.
