We are a 23 beds Care Home and are currently looking for a Senior Care Assistant for a minimum 24 hours per week (to be discussed during interview).

Overview of the role:

To provide care for the residents under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Manager and to undertake other activities to assist in the running of the Home as required.

Your duties will include but are not exclusive: carrying out medication administration, personal care, provide support to the Home Manager.

Required:

Level 3 NVQ/ QCF in Health and Social care Minimum 1 year Senior Care experience Minimum 1 year medication dispensing experience*
Team player Ability to communicate at all levels Ability to work on own initiative Able to cover holidays & sickness absence as and when required

Pay: 13.51 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
