Bee's Care are recruiting for a

Senior Care Assistant. We require our candidates to have:

- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in care

- A driving licence and access to a vehicle

- Ability to work 40 hours per week including every other weekend and lead a team of carers.

Summary

As a Senior Care Assistant at Bee's Care Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and companionship to our clients. This position is essential in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Build trusting relationships with clients to enhance their confidence and comfort. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by monitoring their health and reporting any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Knowledge of memory care practices is an advantage. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families. Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
