Bethany House Care Home is a warm and friendly residential Care Home in heart of Lipson, Plymouth.

We are looking for

Senior Care Assistant

who brings compassion, positivity, and a good sense of humour to join our close knit-team.

About the role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents and guiding the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. No two days are the same but everyday is rewarding.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading shifts and supporting care assistants Delivering excellent personal care with dignity and respect Supporting residents with daily activities and promoting independence Administering medication Keeping clear and accurate care records Being a friendly, reassuring presence for residents, families and colleagues

About you

Have at least two years experience as a care assistant Level 2 Diploma in Health Social Care Be kind, reliable & approachable Able to lead by example with a calm and positive attitude Enjoy working as part of a team Familiar with the administering of medication
Shifts Times: 8am-8pm, 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm, this will include weekdays, evenings and alternate weekends.
