We're on the hunt for a Senior Care Assistant who's as passionate about people as they are about a well-organised handover. Someone who can bring comfort, calm, and the occasional karaoke session to our lovely residents.

What You'll Be Doing (aka The Good Stuff)

Helping residents look and feel their best - from morning routines to mobility support and everything in between. Creating personalised care plans with the team (not just ticking boxes - actually making them meaningful). Leading by example - mentoring junior staff, sharing your wisdom, and giving high-fives when they smash it. Chatting, laughing, listening - whether it's a cuppa and a catch-up or a compassionate chat with a family member. Occasionally driving residents to appointments or socials (we call it "chauffeur with a heart"). Keeping clear, accurate records - because good care is in the detail. Taking part in training and upskilling - we love a career climber.
What You Bring

Experience in care? Leadership chops? Great communicator with a calming presence? You know how to use basic IT (and maybe even show someone how to Zoom? Bonus!) But most importantly: you care. Deeply. Genuinely. Authentically.
