We are currently seeking a

Senior Care Assistant

with a compassionate heart and a drive for excellence to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal within our structure, ensuring the seamless delivery of Care and Support Plans to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:



Effective Coordination:

Work closely with Care Workers to ensure that Care and Support Plans are implemented efficiently.

Leadership:

Act as a role model in delivering superior care and support, setting the standard for others.

Personal Care Assistance:

Aid residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, with respect and dignity.

Social Engagement:

Facilitate and encourage participation in social activities, enhancing residents' quality of life.

Medication Administration:

Safely administer medication and accurately document medical information as per protocols.

Supportive Oversight:

Assist the Registered Manager in the continuous assessment and revision of Care and Support Plans.

Online Roster System (Book your Annual Leave, Clock In & Out of your shifts, see your shifts months in advance all from your mobile phone) Rota is published up to 12 months in advance so you can plan your life around your work. Only use your annual leave on days that you would have been rostered, enabling you to make the most of your entitlement. Work as part of a team on your 4 shifts to deliver care that has a positive impact to our residents.
