Job description

We are looking to add an additional member of staff to our fantastic care team, you will have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the sector. You will be supporting residents in their daily life whilst promoting each person's privacy, dignity, and independence, you will be in a well-established and supportive team who have a passion for outstanding care in a happy and caring atmosphere.

Duties include...

Assisting residents in washing, dressing, and undressing Assisting residents with their toileting needs, including continence promotion Making and changing beds, tidy residents' rooms and do light cleaning Assist residents with mobility issues, where appropriate You will carry out detailed handovers to ensure all care plan and other documentation is completed and to a high standard. Managing the allocation and running of shifts as needed Administering Medication

Shift Patterns

A selection of 7am-2pm; 7am - 4pm; 2pm - 10pm, 4pm-10pm Every other weekend on/off Opportunity for extra shifts to cover holidays and sickness

Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care Good communication skills both verbal and written To have the ability to work effectively within a team environment Satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service check and Adult First check (DBS) Two satisfactory references including previous employer
