Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a small care home in providing high-quality care for elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing the lives of older adults.
*NVQ Level 2 minimum- Level 3 preferred.
Duties: - Develop and implement individual care plans for residents - Supervise and support care staff in delivering person-centred care - Drive the highest standards of care and ensure compliance with regulations - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals - Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and care documentation - Provide hands-on care to residents when necessary Experience: - Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential - Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and colleagues - Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining accurate records and care plans Join our team as a Senior Care Assistant and make a difference in the lives of our residents while advancing your career in the care sector.
