Your Role as Senior Care Assistant at Cedar Falls in Spalding
In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:
Expert medication management - safely administering, recording and auditing medications with confidence.
Collaborating with external professionals - including GPs, district nurses, pharmacists and social care teams, ensuring seamless care for residents.
Delivering exceptional personal care - always with dignity, respect and a personalised approach.
Reviewing, updating and developing care plans - ensuring they reflect each resident's evolving needs and preferences.
Leading and inspiring the care team - providing guidance, support and motivation to uphold best practice.

Positions available:
Night shifts 8pm-7am (with a 15-minute handover before each shift).
Day shifts 7am-8pm (with a 15-minute handover before each shift).
Cedar Falls in Spalding work on a 1 week (4 shifts), 1 week (3 shifts) including every other weekend.
You will bring:
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care - essential
Experience in a senior or lead care role within a residential or nursing home
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting older adults
A professional, positive and proactive approach to care
