Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and therapy, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilise IT systems to document resident care and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on their care.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment within the care home.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in senior care.

Experience

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a care home or senior care setting.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing care plans.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of supervising staff.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to use electronic care records and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The home is located in a village, the public transport is not reliable. It is preferred you have your own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.10 per hour
