Role Overview

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Day Staff to join our team.

In this flexible role, you'll support residents with their daily needs and routines, promoting their independence and well-being. Whether you're assisting with personal care or helping create a positive, engaging environment, your dedication and empathy will make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care:



Deliver person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs. Assist with daily routines, including personal care, mobility, and meals. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Team Collaboration:



Work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality care. Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care across shifts. Support new team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Documentation and Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of care provided. Update care plans and communicate changes to the team. Report any concerns about residents' well-being promptly.

Environment Management:



Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Monitor health and safety practices, including infection control protocols.
What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:



Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential. Understanding of person-centred care principles. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Personal Qualities:



Compassionate, patient, and committed to residents' well-being. Positive attitude with a proactive and adaptable approach. Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to support the team as needed.

Commitment:



Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Dedication to ensuring residents are cared for with dignity and respect.
