Job Description
A. To lead the care team to deliver care and support to our service users
B. To meet and exceed defined standards in the delivery of care
C. To act as a Champion as required
D. To liaise with colleagues, senior staff and management to ensure effective communication.
22 hour contracts available
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
Work Location: In person
