Location:

Collins Green, Warrington

Hours:

7.45pm-5pm (27 hours), 4.45pm-10pm (20 hours)

Salary:

13.50 per hour

About Us

Rosevilla Residential Home is a family-run care home with 45 beds, dedicated to providing a high standard of care for individuals living with dementia. We are currently rate GOOD with CQC. We are passionate about delivering person-centered care and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

As a

Senior

Carer

, you will be responsible for:
? Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
? Ensuring residents' dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.
? Assisting with mealtimes and hydration needs.
? Documenting care records accurately.
? Providing companionship and emotional support.
? Working as part of a team to create a warm and caring environment.

?Be responsible for the administration of medications based on the needs of resident.

?Supervise staff and delegate shifts.

?Create and follow care plans.
