Job Description
Shift patterns can be discussed at interview.
Same responsibilities as a care assistant but in addition to that applicants must also have a
level 2 NCFE in safe handling and administration of medications
level 2 diploma in health and social care and the possibility of working towards level 3.
Good team leading skills
The care assistant's core role shall include the following:
assist the service users in personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toilet needs
assist service users to eat and drink
always maintain dignity at all times
Monitor all service users to ensure that their care is to the highest standard
complete all necessary paperwork
undertake training and staff meetings essential to the role.

Pay: 12.40-12.41 per hour
