Job Description

We are a Residential Care Home for the elderly/EMI, based in Porthcawl. Leading a team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care
You will promote independence, choice, dignity and respect through the hands on care you deliver to our residents
You will get to know our residents and their families - helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans
Assisting the Care Manager, you will be involved in providing essential physical and mental care, as well as administering medication.
One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records of the job you do and build strong relationships with the rest of your team.

This is a full time night senior role. The pattern is 3 x 12 hour shift each week. There is a requirement to work some weekend nights. There is always scope to pick up additional Senior shifts as leave cover or Care shifts.

You will be predominantly located in one location but may be asked to cover in our other Care Home, which is also in Porthcawl.

You will be required to administer medication and undertake the relevant training for this. Please do not apply unless you meet this criteria as your application will not be considered.
