SeniorCare Practitioner Nights. Ribble Court Care Home



14.45 per hour

Full-time, 38.5 hours per week (3-4 shifts per week)

Shifts:

8pm-8am, includes weekend working on a rolling rota



Ribble Court is a beautifully designed, purpose-built 53-bed care home offering exceptional nursing and dementia care. Your Role as Senior Care Practitioner



As a key member of our night team, you'll help ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. Responsibilities include:



Assisting residents with personal care, nutrition, and bedtime routines

Providing emotional support and companionship

Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities

Maintaining a safe, clean, and dignified environment

Leading and mentoring care staff, including supervisions and appraisals

Managing documentation and liaising with healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For



Experienced in a senior or supervisory care role within a residential or nursing home

Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)

Calm, confident, and capable of leading a team under pressure

Comfortable using digital care planning and record-keeping systems

Warm, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding care

Flexible to work shifts that meet the needs of our residents
