Senior Care Support Worker

The Role:

As a Senior Care Support Worker, you will:

Provide hands-on care and emotional support to our clients.

Supervise, mentor, and support care staff.

Ensure care plans are followed and updated.

Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management.

Maintain high standards of care, dignity, and respect.

Be part of the

on-call rota

, providing advice, guidance, and emergency cover when needed.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in care (senior or supervisory role desirable).

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work on a rota basis, including

on-call duties

.

Salary:

13.45 - 15.45 per hour
