Role Overview

We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team.
You will provide

home-based care

to adults requiring support with:

Personal care Medication support Dementia support Mental health needs Learning disabilities or physical disabilities Daily living tasks & promoting independence Companionship and emotional support
You will visit clients in their own homes across

Leeds & Harrogate

and the nearby areas.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality care that puts people first Support clients with dignity, respect and compassion Follow personalised care plans Work independently while being supported by a friendly team Communicate clearly with families, colleagues and professionals Travel between client visits (mileage paid)

What We're Looking For

A caring, patient and compassionate nature Good communication and reliability Ability to work independently Willingness to travel around Leeds & Harrogate Right to work in the UK Experience in Home Care is essential -- full training to fulfill a role within the management team is provided
