We're looking for a Senior Carer to join our dedicated domiciliary care team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes across the island.
About the Role
As a Senior Carer, you will play a key role in supporting both service users and care staff. You'll help ensure that every client receives exceptional, person-centred care while upholding the highest professional standards.
Minimum Level 2qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role an advantage Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
